Yes. AXIS Protocol is open. You can run your own registrar or use a third-party registrar. AXIS Prime is just the canonical root registry, like Verisign for DNS.

Volume pricing kicks in above 20 agents. Contact us for rates at scale, or consider registrar licensing for on-premise deployment where you control the economics entirely.
